Sanitrap 4 oz

Chemical Formula According to technique data

Abstract

Sanitrap®: Innovation in Grease Trap Maintenance

Sanitrap® is a revolutionary controlled-release block containing bacteria and enzymes that eliminates the need for complex liquid formulations, plumbing modifications, or expensive dosing pumps. It is extremely easy to use: simply open the grease trap and place the block inside until it dissolves.

Unlike traditional technologies, which require overnight liquid dosing to avoid contact with cleaning chemicals, Sanitrap® blocks simplify maintenance. By eliminating the handling of difficult-to-manage substances and using a daily dosing schedule, operational errors are drastically reduced. Thanks to their high concentration of beneficial microorganisms and enzymes, the traps remain free of residue and odors, optimizing pumping operations and ensuring compliance with FOG (fats, oils, and greases) regulations.

How it works:

Simply open the grease trap and place the SANITRAP tablet inside at controlled intervals (weekly, biweekly, monthly).

One 4-oz. block for a 100 cu grease trap

  • No dosing pumps, disposal pails, complicated piping, or electrical connections are required for installation.
  • Reduces odors in grease traps.
  • Does not damage pipes or drain lines.
  • Proprietary organic odor control.
  • Only one application per month.
  • Minimal maintenance required for proper grease trap operation.

Description

It contains 80 times the level of bacteria/enzymes found in liquid products and 8 times the level found in solid products.

It reduces costs while delivering improved results with additional enzymes not found in most grease trap products.

All components are green and environmentally friendly.

Performance Properties:

• Effective pH range – 5.0 – 9.5
