Sanitrap 8oz

Chemical Formula According to technique data

Abstract

Sanitrap®: Innovation in Grease Trap Maintenance

Sanitrap® is a revolutionary controlled-release block of bacteria and enzymes that eliminates the need for liquid formulations, pipe modifications, or expensive dosing pumps. Its application is extremely simple: just open the grease trap and place the block inside until it dissolves.

Unlike traditional technologies, which require nightly liquid measurements to avoid contact with cleaning chemicals, Sanitrap® blocks simplify maintenance. By eliminating the handling of difficult-to-manage substances and requiring daily dosing, operational errors are drastically reduced. Thanks to their high concentration of beneficial microorganisms and enzymes, the traps remain free of residue and odors, optimizing pumping and ensuring compliance with FOG (fats, oils, and grease) regulations.

One 8 oz. block for a 200 cu. ft. grease trap

  • It does not require dosing pumps, vats to arrange, confusing pipes, or electrical connections to install.

  • Reduces odors present in grease traps.

  • It does not damage pipes or drainage systems.

  • Proprietary organic odor control.

  • Only one application per month.

  • Minimum maintenance time required for proper grease trap operation.

Description

It contains 80 times the level of bacteria/enzymes seen in liquid products and 8 times the level in solid products.

It reduces costs while providing improved results with additional enzymes not found in most grease trap products. All components are green and environmentally friendly.
